Right now the framerate and movement threshold properties in NativeTouchDevice are hard-coded. It would be nice if you could fine-tune these parameters (e.g. set a framerate of 120 Hz).

For the ZoomCanvas, you can make a custom IZoomCanvasInputAdapter. Start out by copying the ZoomCanvasInputAdapterTouch.cs.
Notice in RegisterZoomCanvas you are given reference to the ZoomCanvas....
